  31. In the UK domestic users are charged for WATTS and not VA, thus power-
  32. factor correction will not reduce the electricity bill. I have to say
  33. I am sceptical that this device will be of any benefit at all when conn-
  34. ected to a domestic appliance in the UK.

  36. If you are charged for electricity in VA, then the thing may well help in
  37. the manner mentioned above.
