  18. I don't know about the circuitry provided... but the stuff in there about a 
  19. 2 mW HeNe laser being dangerous to human eyes is complete bunk.

  21. I would also point out that the claim of "perfect targetting" for a laser 
  22. gunsight just isn't so -- elevation and windage still are factors -- and that
  23. *seeing* the dot of light from a 2 mW laser at any reasonable distance, in 
  24. anything other than pitch blackness, is damned near impossible.
