  24.         They do make little pullers like gear pullers. If there are
  25.         threaded holes in the top of the head cylinder, you might get a
  26.         decent grip by threading a screw into these holes.

  28.         Anyway, before you spend your money . . . if the heads work with
  29.         high tension - the heads may be ok. The brake bands wear
  30.         out, too. Did you start with a problem of not being able to view
  31.         the pix in fast scan?  That's a brake band symptom.
