- For RF:
- - stick the chips upside down on a ground plane and solder
- components directly to the leads
- - for controlled impedance lines you can purchase long narrow
- bits of pcb with a thin track (whose width defines the impedance)
- on one side and self adhesive backing on the other. Simply stick this
- to the ground plane
