- There is an excellent system of this sort being run for working papers
- in algebraic geometry. As a subscriber, I get regular automated email
- messages listing abstracts, and I can email to a server to receive
- either indexes or complete papers. I believe that the system was
- first developed by physicists and then the software was made freely
- available to the algebraic geometers. I also believe that they are
- willing to make it freely available to other disciplines.
