  14. I posted a request for the VCR+ formula on
  15. comp.compression and I was steered here. Although
  16. I believe that this is a better example of compression
  17. (compressing d.o.w, start time, duration, and channel)
  18. than cryptography, I would like to use the formula
  19. as an example of one or the other for my
  20. data communications class. Can someone help?
