  13. U.S. crypto laws do not prohibit the export (or import) of crypto
  14. techniques and materials. They prohibit such export or import without
  15. a license.  The government has behaved in such a way that at present
  16. we know that such licenses will not be issued for certain specific
  17. techniques, such as DES and RSA.

  20. used in Word Perfectc.
