  22. I assume you are referring to "Electronic Filing" (if you are in the US.)

  24. The answer is no.  No encryption.  See IRS pub 1345 or 1346 or 1453 for
  25. details.  (I don't remember which -- call the IRS forms number, ask for the
  26. "practitioner gate", and ask which of those is the requirements for
  27. electronic transmitters.)
