- How are Rovers (and other older scouts) organized in College?

- While Exploring in the BSA does go into the age of college students
- (exploring is age 14-21) IMHO it does not tend to organize on
- the college campus campus very well.

- People from Alpha Phi Omega attended Int'l Rover conventions and so
- I think the age groups are relatively similar, but I would like to find
- out if Rovers organizae themselves into groups on college campuses
- and if so how leadership is determined?
