  10. How are Rovers (and other older scouts) organized in College?

  12. While Exploring in the BSA does go into the age of college students
  13. (exploring is age 14-21) IMHO it does not tend to organize on 
  14. the college campus campus very well.

  16. People from Alpha Phi Omega attended Int'l Rover conventions and so
  17. I think the age groups are relatively similar, but I would like to find
  18. out if Rovers organizae themselves into groups on college campuses
  19. and if so how leadership is determined?
