  14. Please don't call Charlie Jacques about Kennywood.  His secretaries at
  15. the Law Office (the number he left ACE) are extremely rude.  I had to
  16. get mean to get them to take a message when I was calling about his
  17. membership card.  I had to get "official" with her to even get her to
  18. write anything  down.  Even then, it took three days to get a return
  19. call.  I got the distinct impression that calls were overwhelming them
  20. and are no longer welcome.
