- I'm currently building a Skeeter. I would say that the kit is worth
- $15.00. I've heard from several people that it is a good flyer but I've
- never actually seen one fly.
-
- What you've heard about the building instructions is true. They tell
- you to build things in such a way as to make the plane impossible or at
- least extremely difficult to build later on. For example, they tell you
- to sheet the wing leading edge first, then later they tell you to
- install the dihedral braces. It's much easier to install the braces
- BEFORE sheeting the wing. I'd say that if you have some building
- experience, build it, and use what you've learned in the past when
- something doesn't seem right. If you have to go soley by instructions,
- you'll be frustrated.
