- 1150CFM, Wow!! What years/models/engines came with an 1150 CFM Q-jet?
-
- I'm wanting to trash the 750 CFM Thermoquad I currently have on my 429CJ
- Ford engine and the original 750CFM Q-jet it came with is too wimpy. A
- Holly 850 double pumper just simply drank too much gas and I hated using an
- adaptor plate between it and the stock spreadbore 429CJ intake manifold. It
- sounds just like an 1150CFM Q-jet is just what I need since the engine did
- give the best overall driveability on the street with the original 750 Q-jet
- and I want a little bit bigger carb than that.
