- I am in the market for 1989 or newer 3/4 ton Chevy truck. I was figuring
- on going back to a Chevy 350 motor. I have been warned to watch out for
- the newer "downsized" blocks. They are noted to develop cracks.
- I was also warned about the "redesigned" turbo hydramatic transmition.
- It is really sad if Chevy managed to screw up a great motor and trans.
-
- All information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
