  23. It will probably be only one fuse.  On my car, the fuse for the cigarette 
  24. lighterwas also the fuse for the horn, the dome light, and the air conditioning 
  25. compressor clutch.  before you replace the fuse you might want to check the 
  26. cigarette lighter for a short circuit, since you saw sparks coming from it.
