  13.     I have a 1991 Plymouth Acclaim and would like to know how to fix the
  14.   cigarette lighter.  One day I had an appliance plugged in and when I unplugged  it I saw sparks and after that the lighter no longer worked.  Also, the
  15.   dashboard lights and the turn signal light quit working at the same time.
  16.   Is it likely this is easy to fix?  If it is just a matter of a single fuse
  17.   which one would it be?  If it may be more than a single fuse, what else
  18.   might it be and how much might a reputable repairman charge for fixing it?
