  10. The arc is about 1" to 1.5" long, running along the "body" of the
  11. coil, beginning where the wire to the distributor leaves the coil.
  12.  
  13. I don't really have any idea which component is at fault, and
  14. would appreciate some guidance before I begin replacing parts.
  15. I am tempted to replace coil/plug wires or the coil itself. Any
  16. suggestions?
