  22. Something you might check is the tread width of the same size tires.
  23. I bought P235/60R14 tires for my LeMans a while back.  The first set
  24. was Goodyear Eagle GT's.  Then I tried to save some money and bought
  25. two B.F.Goodrich Radial TA's.  The TA's were about 1" narrower in
  26. tread width.  I realize now these are two different levels of performance
  27. tires, especially in their lateral stability.
