  11. Thanks folks for all the ideas. Last weekend I rebuilt the Holly 2100 with
  12. the intention of raising the float level to make things richer. The float 
  13. setting was 1/8" low so I adjusted it to spec. I drove the Scout about 100
  14. miles and it only popped on two occasions. Both times were after idling for
  15. a few minutes.

  17. I will drive for a few weeks and see if things remains stable. The truck has
  18. fooled me before.
