  10. I was just watching C-span today and they featured a
  11. soviet engine company on the Moscow Evening News.
  12.  
  13. They produce air-cooled diesel engines that are claimed
  14. to out perform the liquid cooled variety and can operate
  15. at extremely high and low temperatures. Also, they are
  16. supposed to be cheaper.
  17.  
  18. Did anyone see this program and have any comments to these
  19. claims? Also, would anyone know the name of this company
  20. and some information about the engines?
