  19. because he had used that method on one of his victims and apparently
  20. felt it fitting.

  22. I've got no problem with the killing of people proven to be a menace to
  23. others.  Let those who want them to live pay for their lifetime room,
  24. board and guarding.  And when the killers get paroled, or escape, and
  25. kill again, let those people explain their position to the survivors.
