- Yes, I believe it was MONEY magazine. Hitch is though that they
- polled their average reader. That was a family of 4.5 (or something
- like that) that had a yearly income on avg of something around
- $72K or $75K, and spent x% of it and invested or saved x% of it,
- etc. i.e. it was far from the average Oregonian.

- If you want a good idea of per capita statistics or class breakdowns
- by category you might try the almanac of economic statistics, or
- one of those big paper books you find in the library and never think
- about using.
