- Try a secretarial handbook, such as the one from McGraw-Hill. Those are
- surprisingly useful books even if you aren't a secretary; they give you
- standard advice for all the pesky little things so you can concentrate on
- the big things instead. Some dictionaries may have similar information in
- an appendix somewhere.
