- It was at the Naval reactor test facility in Arco. 100% mortality. It
- happened on a Sunday when there was minimum staff. The area is still
- off limits and very hush-hush. Cancer rates have since increased in
- surrounding communities. I got this from an engineer who worked there
- when it happened. He was off for the weekend. He quit the next week.
