- Dick Banks asked about legal precedences.
-
- I'm not involved in law, but know where to look. The same company
- that provides the NEXIS newspaper index service also provides
- LEXIS ( I think it means "Legal Index Search" ). Their online
- system provides searches based on keywords. Selecting the
- keywords is critical. Your college library probably has a
- LEXIS account and knows how to do it. I suggest that you
- have the output saved to disk, instead of just print-outs.
-
- Since ADA is new, there may not be any cases refering directly
- to ADA, but there should be many related cases.
- Good luck,
- Jim Schueckler ( "shik-ler" )
