  10. There is some basic rules of "etiquette in general", also buyer-be-ware.
  11. In the states, you can even send it by COD, which gives to right to
  12. refuse an item and not lose any money, but here in Canada, no COD's from
  13. the US at all, so most of us here send US money order before hand,
  14. what potection do we have.
