  13. I have (61) 32kx8 120 ns static RAM chips.  Most are Mitsubishi
  14. M5M5256BFP-12L the rest are SONY CXK58257M-12L.  They are all
  15. in SOL-28 surface-mount packages.  They are used parts removed
  16. from salvaged circuit boards.  I'm asking $1 apiece.
