- SCSI MICROPOLIS 1684-7 389 meg (unformatted) 339 meg (formatted)
- half-height internal disk drive. 14 ms average seek time, 4 meg/sec
- data transfer rate at interface. Standard SCSI interface.
- Works great with Ultrastor 14F controller with OS/2, DOS 5.0 LINUX.
- Only bothersome thing about it is it is a bit noisey. Makes a constant high
- pitched whine which I barely notice, but some may be irritated by.
- $550

- ESDI MICROPOLIS 1558-15 382 meg (unformatted) 338 (formatted)
- full-height internal disk drive. 18 ms average seek time, 10 meg/sec
- data transfer rate. ESDI interface. Had this one working fine with an
- Everex ESDI controller and OS/2 2.0, DOS 5.0, and LINUX. One gentleman claimed
- it didn't work with his SUN but since I don't have one, I can't verify.
- Will guarantee it works on arrival. Money back minus one-way COD shipping.
- $450
