  10. I am trying to find out if the game Whirlyball is patented. the name has
  11. a copyright to it and the company is selling the rights to the game.
  12. Does this mean that the game itself is patented? I need some information
  13. on how to do a patent search by myself. Does anyone know where I should
  14. begin?
