  15. I'm not really sure. Apparently the ink is contained within the glass
  16. tube
  17.  that is inserted in front of the pull switch. Once the glass tube
  18. breaks, the
  19.  ink flies. It probably is reasonably priced, considering that we charge
  20. for
  21.  every false alarm (except the first one) that occurs in a calendar
  22. month.
  23.  Alarms two - four are $25.00, five - eight $50.00, eight+ $100.00. If
  24. there is
  25.  an actual fire, we don't charge for the call. I know we dropped in
  26. false calls
  27.  to several dorms that had these installed. I'll see if I can get a
  28. price.
