  19. If the messages are personal in nature: "Hi, remember me?" "Did you
  20. get my patches?" "Have you heard from Sam recently?", then they are
  21. not even valid Fidonet echomail.  Soon, we hope to post regular
  22. guidelines as to what should be expected.

  24. In the meantime, complaints SHOULD be directed to the offender.  If
  25. someone has a hard time reaching an address, send the message to
  26. me for forwarding and I'll get it through, if it's at all possible.
