  18. warranty of merchantability which assures that goods sold for a
  19. particular purpose will serve that purpose, NO MATTER HOW LARGE
  20. OR SMALL THE PURCHASE PRICE.  The complaint about the poor
  21. quality of the tape is indeed a valid one.
