  26. Still allowed in Minnesota, as far as I know. Also, the best way to get a
  27. whole file on someone is to pretend you're a creditor and request their
  28. report.

  31. he used Dan Quayle and Dan Rather as examples. He even got Dan Quayle's
  32. Sears charge number and his unlisted home phone number.
