  10.     Just wanted to relay some *good* news about a credit card company :).

  12.     FirstCard said I had a past-due balance for the month of November, but
  13. I've been sending in full payments each month for over a year now.  I suspect
  14. the problem may be the local mail carrier....
  15.     In any event, the company refunded the interest charge without making a
  16. fuss (although reminding me to mail the payment in time for them to get it each
  17. month :).
