- employee myself, I know how easy it is to get a LOT of info on anyone at
- all. It would take very little information to find this guy's
- whereabouts with access to IDRS for example.

- With just a last name and the region of the country you can find anyone
- who has ever filed a tax return. Once you have someone's SSN, you can
- just about write a biography of him or her.
