  19. employee myself, I know how easy it is to get a LOT of info on anyone at
  20. all.  It would take very little information to find this guy's
  21. whereabouts with access to IDRS for example.

  23. With just a last name and the region of the country you can find anyone
  24. who has ever filed a tax return.  Once you have someone's SSN, you can
  25. just about write a biography of him or her.
