- Just to provide a counterpoint - my old roommate's panasonic
- answering machine lasted for 3 years without problems, and I haven't
- had any problems with their products in the past.
-
- My parent's AT&T 5300 sound quality is exactly like my panasonic.
- Maybe something's wrong with my ears :-) I just noticed the difference
- the other day when I actually used my corded phone for the first time
- since getting my cordless a month ago. Now that I think about it,
- it may simply be due to the size of the handset - my corded phone
- is small and lightweight and the speaker probably sits closer to
- the ear.
