  13. With all the dry winter air, I'm in the market for a small humidifier. 
  14. I've heard that there are a few kinds: evaporative, steam/vaporizer
  15. (including warm mist), and cold mist.  I'd like to get one that doesn't
  16. have a "white dust" problem, that wouldn't have a bacteria problem, and
  17. that wouldn't consume excessive amounts of electricity.  Can anyone
  18. recommend a model?  (The Berkeley wellness newsletter last January
  19. mentioned that the "new" evaporative wicking models sounded promising, but
  20. they hadn't been tested yet.)
