  19. Where did you get this info about IL?  It's wrong.  True the state
  20. did rob money from the rider ed program and there were cut backs in
  21. classes, but we were never even close to closing down rider education.
  22. In fact, all the money ($7 from each motorcycle registration fee)
  23. for rider ed is now protected by a recently passed bill.
