  13. Just read in the Washington Post that in this "Year of the Circus,"
  14. Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus will offer a free ticket
  15. to every baby born in the US this year. Parents should send their
  16. name, address, newborn child's name and date of birth to
