  28. There is a Problem if you don't incorporate: liability.  Sole Proprietors
  29. are fully liable for any damage done.  If you screw up someone's system,
  30. they *can* sue you, taking your house, car, toilet..

  32. Corporations, although they can be sued, are sheilds for this.  HOWEVER,
  33. this only works if you *treat* it like a corporation.  If a court can
  34. find that you are sufficiently lax in transferring money between the
  35. corporation and yourself, etc, they can rule that your personal assets
  36. can be liquidated to pay a claim.  Tricky stuff.

  38. I just incorporated myself.  For free, except for the state filing fees.
  39. It's super easy.
