- My uncle bought a Nanticoke home. It was premade, but the foundation and
- basement were built on site. The home came in four pieces (it's a two
- story), and looks exactly like a normal home on the outside and inside.
- It's brick. As I understand it it was pretty expensive, but less expensive
- than the homes built by the developer in the neighborhood. Probably somewhere
- around $150k 4 years ago in Northern Delaware.
