- Hi readers:
-
- I would like to solicit comments on the following two books:
-
- "Fuzzy Set Theory and Its Applications", H.J. Zimmerman, 2nd Edition,
- Kluwer Academic Press, 1991
-
- "Fuzzy Sets, Decision-Making and Expert Systems", H.J. Zimmerman,
- Kluwer Academic, 1987
-
- Any comments on the quality and usefulness of these books are
- appreciated. They are quite expensive (US$69.95, and US$74.00
- respectively), therefore, I would like to see whether they fit
- the bill for applications minded work rather than pure theory on
- fuzzy sets.
-
- Also, if anyone would like to suggest his/her book of preference,
- I'll appreciate your input.
-
- Thank you,
-
- GDI
