  16. to peacenet. In the interest of minimizing the byte flow to AML 
  17. and misc.activism.progressive, I only give the summary here.

  21. Summary: Non-interest bearing bank accounts are no longer 
  22. absolutely unknown to IRS, but the method of finding such 
  23. accounts, though automated, is not perfect. Wartax refusers should 
  24. be aware that non-interest-bearing accounts probably won't, but 
  25. may, be found by IRS, even if an agent doesn't actually visit a 
  26. bank.
