  23. But it is not the use of the software which places you under the
  24. obligation. You have a legal obligation to not include FSF software in
  25. a proprietory product (paraphrased) but that obligation exists whether
  26. or not you use the software. There is no *additional* legal obligation
  27. incurred in you using the software so it is in that sense free.

  29. You, and others, will never agree that the FSF definition of "free" is
  30. a reasonable one, so why not agree to differ. This interminable debate
  31. never gets anywhere.
