- But it is not the use of the software which places you under the
- obligation. You have a legal obligation to not include FSF software in
- a proprietory product (paraphrased) but that obligation exists whether
- or not you use the software. There is no *additional* legal obligation
- incurred in you using the software so it is in that sense free.
