- Hello-
-
- I am in the process of changing over from SunOS 4.1.2 --> Solaris 2.1.
- Since we will be losing the "c" compiler, I have been asked to find
- one to install. What considerations should I be looking at? Can I
- grab a copy of gcc and install it (SPARC IPC)? We run OpenWindows 3.
- Is this a problem? Dammit Jim, I am a mathematician, not a miacle
- worker!
- I would like to know a good way to admit that I have always just
- used the compiler on the machine and don't know the first thing
- about installing another. Any help/suggestions/references you
- can sullpy will be appreciated.
