  14. I think you'll have to experiment until you find something that works.
  15. If you do, and the changes are small and clean, I'll merge them in
  16. (though kg++-include/curses.h may become obsolete soon).

  18. I suggest you migght start with adding
  19.     #undef lines
  20. before the declaration of newline in g++-include/curses.h.
  21. Also, look at the definition of _CURSES_FORMAT_ARG.
