  12. I am almost embarrassed to post this, but I had a bad experience at the Air
  13. and Space Museum Friday evening, and I would like to complain.  Can anyone tell
  14. me to whom I should send my letter for it to do the most good?

  16. This has been my first and only complaint in decades of Smithsonian attendence,
  17. particularly the Air and Space, especially considering the number of people they
  18. get daily.  This is why I want to write, because I feel that someone
  19. simply goofed, and I have the feeling from all my positive experiences that
  20. someone really cares over there.

  22. Feel free to flame me for attacking such an institution, or to tell me that I'm
  23. a naive, idealistic fool, but a name and address of someone would be great.
  24. I'll also be glad to report what happens.
