  24.     was the PEX-SI PHIGS API which was a PHIGS implementation 
  25.     and thus required you to use the PHIGS C Binding and be
  26.     subject to all PHIGS policy rather than allowing access

  36.     from export.lcs.mit.edu in the contrib directory.
  37.     There may even be newer ones developed on top of PEXlib
  38.     available there I don't know, but I guess someone is
  39.     working on something.
