  15. I am (obviously) new to X.  A customer of my company reports that he
  16. gets the message 
  17.  warning: cannot convert string "1004ff08" to type VirtualBinding
  18.  
  19. when he runs the simple callbacks example (which uses Verdix' ATC Ada
  20. binding to motif).  He is using Sun4, NeWS server, mwm.

  22. How do I track down what this means?  I can't duplicate this message.
  23. The only sorta-related thing which I see in the Motif FAQ covers 
  24. a widget which does a help callback.  Is there a list of the text
  25. of error messages someplace for X problems (like the OpenVMS System
  26. Messages and Recovery Procedures manuals)?  Do I need to do a
  27. strings on some of the X objects?
