- This is probably a question particular to my setup:
-
- Linux 0.98pl5 (SLS), xfree86 1.1, xview3L2 with olwm...
-
- Before I install xview, xdvi was working fine under twm.
- After I install xview and run olwm, xdvi would work sometimes
- but quite often gives segmentation fault and core dump.
- Sometimes the error message comes up right away, sometimes
- the xdvi window comes up for a split second (without showing
- the dvi file) and then vanish rightaway.
-
- I tried restart X and even reboot, but when it's not working,
- nothing I can think of solves the problem. Can someone help
- or give me some insights as to why this is happenning?
-
- Thanks in advance.
