- No special tricks. The server does not have to be started up via xinit.
- All you have to do is start the server inside of dbx, then manually start
- an xterm (or a window manager) from a shell. Naturally it helps if you
- have another workstation to use for debugging the server, but in a pinch
- a good ol trusty ascii terminal will do just fine.
